Why is Intergen taking part in the Return to Work initiative?

Intergen is proud to have had a long history in supporting women at all stages in their careers, from graduates right through to senior leadership.

We see all sorts of benefits in making sure we give our people the right levels of support at all stages of their personal and professional lives, and we’re delighted to count a lot of working mums amongst our ranks, in roles right across the business. These roles are many and varied – technical IT, IT consultancy, project management, team leadership, marketing, finance… to name just a few.

What skills are we looking for?

We’re always looking for people with a wide range of skill sets, whether technical or non-technical. With more than 400 people across our four New Zealand offices, in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin – and our one US office in Seattle – we have a wide range of roles that call for people from many disciplines and walks of life.

What’s it like to work here?

Will Intergen be offering flexible work schedules?

In most of our roles we can offer flexibility where needed. We have a number of people who currently work part-time.
