Intergen is an IT services provider with a broad range of capabilities targeted at delivering enterprise IT solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and competitive advantage for our clients. This breadth of service allows the delivery of ‘end to-end’ business solutions that assist our customers in driving their key business outcomes.

Intergen is proud to have had a long history in supporting women at all stages in their careers, from graduates right through to senior leadership.
We see all sorts of benefits in making sure we give our people the right levels of support at all stages of their personal and professional lives, and we’re delighted to count a lot of working mums amongst our ranks, in roles right across the business. These roles are many and varied – technical IT, IT consultancy, project management, team leadership, marketing, finance… to name just a few.
We really value the diversity and life experience – not to mention the superior organisation and time management skills! – that these women bring to our teams. We’re very excited to be a part of the Return to Work programme and are looking forward to the opportunity to play a role in bringing more women to our team and helping to facilitate their transition back to work.
We’re always looking for people with a wide range of skill sets, whether technical or non-technical. With more than 400 people across our four New Zealand offices, in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin – and our one US office in Seattle – we have a wide range of roles that call for people from many disciplines and walks of life.
We have a very strong, people and family-oriented culture where we work hard but individual needs are also respected and catered for. We’re big on providing professional development opportunities throughout our people’s careers and are also very supportive of people branching out and exploring what it’s like to work in other areas of the business. We have numerous examples of people advancing their careers – moving both vertically and horizontally as they progress, even – on occasion – travelling around the world to take up roles in Australia or the US.
Above all, it’s our people who make us a great place to work. We’re very mindful of this and do what we can to honour and respect our people and foster a great working culture, all with the goal of creating a unique, vibrant and creative place of work where we deliver great results for our clients.
In most of our roles we can offer flexibility where needed. We have a number of people who currently work part-time.
Work together with Intergen's clients to provide objective advice and expertise. The expert knowledge you bring will help implement better policies, processes, and technologies to help them achieve tomorrow’s advantage today.
As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the end to end delivery of projects, including planning, executing, and finalising projects. Work collaboratively across all of our teams to ensure successful delivery, making sure everything is completed to the deadlines and on budget.
As a developer your skills in coding will help us fix or support applications and products for our customers. Although this role will require hands on writing of code, we will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and career progression sessions.
